Here is a worksheet based on a short BBC video about the escape of an octopus from a New Zealand aquarium. There is a vocabulary matching exercise as a pre-listening activity, a True/False comprehension exercise, a grammar exercise (students are given the transcript and are asked to put the verbs in brackets in the correct tense, active or passive) and finally there is a trivia quiz about octopuses.
