Animal Similes

A simile is a word or phrase that compares something to something else, using the words like or as, for example, a face like a mask or as white as snow.  We can use similes to make descriptions more emphatic or vivid.
Animal similes usually compare people to animals. The following exercise will help you revise some of the most common animal similes.
